How do I take care of my jewelry?

Great question! Here are some tips you can use to extend the life of your pieces:

  • Wash your hands before wearing and taking off your jewelry.   
  • Gently wipe down your jewelry after each use with a soft cloth or cotton ball.  
  • Individually wrap or store your pieces separate from your other jewelry to prevent scratching.  
  • Avoid contact with water, sweat, chlorine, lotions, and other chemicals.

How much is shippping?

Shipping anywhere within the United States is a flat rate charge of $5.95. International shipping is flat rate charge of $20.95.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

As much as we'd love for you and your new Ardorology jewelry stay together, we understand that life happens.

Yes, we do accept returned items within 30 days of purchase, customer is responsible for shipping the item back at their own expense. We currently do not accept exchanges.

What happens if my package is missing?

Oh no! Be sure to first check in and around your place of residence and with your family members or neighbors. Often times local carriers mark packages as delivered only to have them show up to your residence a couple days later. If you cannot find your package after that, please contact ushere or email us at ardorology@outlook.com.

Ardorology will file an investigation or claim with the local carrier to look into this issue. You will receive an email with instructions to confirm your shipping address before we file a claim. A refund will be issued depending on the outcome of the claim. 

Where does your jewelry come from?

We want you to know that we pour our hearts into each and every piece of jewelry, so naturally also includes choosing the best vendors to bring our visions to life.

We believe in transparency, integrity, and respect for not just our Ardorology customers but also for our vendors too. Our vendors have helped us with jewelry design, manufacturing jewelry and packaging, and much more. We choose our vendors on a couple of different factors:

  • Up to date certifications making sure our jewelry is safe, lead and nickel free
  • Employee safety measures are in place to ensure our vendors are taking care of their staff as they are taking care of us
  • Ability to establish a friendly working relationship based on trust and clear communication

And they hail from all over the world! Some of the countries from which our vendors are from include the United States, Algeria, Egypt, Mexico, Pakistan, China, United Kingdom, and Turkey.

Is there a warranty?

We are incredibly proud of each and every product we've produced because we only produce high quality items. We know you and our jewelry will have many, many amazing memories together.

But as you know it, life happens and that's okay. We're pleased to offer you a two year warranty just in case something happens to your jewelry.
