Our 30-Day Guarantee

We want your experience with ardorology to be as seamless as the pieces we create. We offer a thirty-day return window, which begins the moment your order is delivered to your door. To be eligible for a return, we ask that your jewelry remains in its original, unworn condition, complete with all tags and original packaging, accompanied by your proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the process, please contact our team at customer.ardorology@gmail.com for authorization. Please note that once a return is approved, customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our studio. We are unable to accept items sent back to us without prior notice or a confirmed return request.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great pride in our craftsmanship and precision. We encourage you to inspect your order upon arrival and reach out to us immediately if you notice any defects, damages, or if you have received the wrong item. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

Certain items are excluded from our return policy to maintain the integrity of our collection. We cannot accept returns on custom products, personalized items, or special orders. For safety and hygiene reasons, personal care goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids are also non-returnable. Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The most efficient way to ensure you get exactly what you want is to return your original item for a refund. Once that return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for your new selection.

Refund Process

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the transaction to your account.
